Keep Fit Classes at the Memorial Hall
On most Mondays, there are 2 keep-fit classes with Dawn Bell providing the encouragement.
At 9.30am the 'Young-at-Heart' class is aimed at the 50 Plus age group with 45 minutes of moderate, low intensity exercise.
At 6.15pm there is 'Cardio Hitt' for all ages who want a more demanding workout with 45 minutes of high intensity action.
Both classes cost £5.00 per session on a 'pay-on-the-day' basis.
